Understanding the Dashboard

The Workshop Diary

When you log in, you'll land on the Diary - your workshop's daily schedule. This is the heart of GarageWise.

What You'll See

• Work Bays - Each row represents one of your work bays or lifts
• Time Slots - The day is divided into 30-minute slots
• Jobs - Coloured blocks showing scheduled work

Job Colours

• Blue - Scheduled jobs
• Amber - Jobs in progress
• Green - Completed jobs
• Red - Cancelled jobs

Navigation

Use the Previous and Next buttons to move between days, or click on the date to jump to a specific day.
