Using the Diary

The Workshop Diary

The diary shows your daily schedule at a glance.

Viewing Jobs

Click on any job block to view its details. You'll see:

• Job title and description
• Customer and vehicle
• Assigned technician
• Current status

Quick Actions

From the diary, you can:

• Click an empty slot to create a new job
• Click a job to view or edit it
• Navigate days using the arrows
